The hotel is located in the north part of the island, on the huge property overlooking the Saipan lagoon. It is a thirty-minute drive away from Saipan International Airport. It is less than one mile north of La Fiesta Shopping Centre in Marpi.

The hotel offers a full spa range at Mandi Asian Spa, one of the largest spa facilities among the Micronesian islands. Other facilities include a professional-class 1025-meter kart racing circuit, horse back riding, and golf courses. The hotel has 9-hole short course where children are also welcome, as well as 18-hole Championship course.

The resort consists of the Reefside building, cottage complex, and villa complex. Puduo King Villa, the maisonette type accommodation, in a village setting. Walk among the plumeria and bougainvillaea blossoms along the intriguing pathway. Enjoy private holiday living and listening to soothing sounds of the sea from your cottage veranda among the plumeria trees, while enjoying the awesome sunrise from behind the Marpi mountains lights up the tropical sky and the Philippine Sea to the rich blue, and accents the white clouds with the white sands of Managaha Island in the distance.

It was transformed from the original Cottage Maisonette unit, with the new "traditional Balinese style" design that offers a whole southeast-asian atmosphere and provides a living room, bathroom and spacious veranda with veranda sun chairs on the lower level, and the bedroom with a canopy style bed in Hollywood Twin type in the loft.

The lobby is medium with marbled tiled floor and located in the Middle House. The guests are escorted to the villa complex after check-in.
